As the primary inventor and managing head of Gulch Development, Susanne drives the firm’s technological vision and subsea engineering missions. She holds the foundational patents for our methane-harvesting and carbon-sequestering systems. Susanne maintains final authority over all R&D and operational finality, ensuring our core IP scales into high-impact, sustainable energy solutions.
Matthew Ogorzalek
Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)
Matthew manages the firm’s daily operations and the strategic formation of our early-stage R&D infrastructure. He integrates the requirements of subsea engineering with the industrial execution necessary for Phase 1 prototyping and Phase 2 deployment. Leveraging his experience as a licensed real estate agent in the building and development niche, Matthew oversees the maritime supply chains and manufacturing logistics required to move our instruments from the lab to deep-sea performance sites.
Gregory J. Glaser
Chief Legal Officer (CLO)
A California-licensed attorney with an extensive liaison network within federal agencies, Gregory manages the intersection of deep-sea technology, safety standards, and regulatory law. He provides the legal-technical oversight necessary to protect our intellectual property and provides strategic counsel to the CEO to ensure our industrial development strategies align with complex state and federal frameworks.
